Next Level Towing was founded by Michael and Kay with a simple idea: people stranded on the side of the road deserve better than being put on hold, given vague ETAs, or charged surprise fees.
We started in Sacramento with one truck and a commitment to doing things differently. We answer every call directly, give honest pricing upfront, and show up when we say we will. Those basics have driven everything we have built since.
Today we run a fleet of flatbed and wheel-lift trucks serving Sacramento, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Folsom, Roseville, and Citrus Heights around the clock. Our approach has not changed. We are still the people who pick up the phone.
